Information we collect
We may collect your name, contact details, suburb or postcode, enquiry details, support preferences and information needed to respond to a participant or referral enquiry. For job applications, we may also collect employment history, availability, relevant checks and qualifications, and a resume.
Please do not send medical records, identity documents, bank details or other sensitive information through our general website forms unless we specifically request it through an appropriate secure process.
How we use information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, discuss service suitability and availability, arrange requested contact, manage recruitment, operate and secure the website, maintain necessary business records, and meet applicable legal or regulatory responsibilities.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a service agreement, and submitting a job application does not guarantee an interview or employment.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be accessed by authorised DCFORYOU personnel and by technology providers that help us host the website, deliver form notifications, store information or protect our systems. We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law, or with your consent. We do not sell personal information.
Some technology providers may process or store information outside Australia. Where applicable, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate providers and safeguards.
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Career resume download links are designed to expire after 90 days. Other enquiry, recruitment and administrative records are kept only for as long as reasonably needed for their purpose, legal obligations or legitimate business requirements, then deleted or de-identified where appropriate.
Website tools and cookies
The free participant tools run in the visitor’s browser and are designed not to send the content entered into those tools to DCFORYOU. Our hosting and security providers may process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the website.
If we introduce non-essential analytics or advertising technologies, we will update our privacy information and provide appropriate choices where required.
Access, correction and complaints
You may contact us to request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will review privacy complaints and respond within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, systems or legal responsibilities change. The current version will be published on this page with its effective date.
